The Bath House at the Royal Crescent Hotel is a luxurious spa, offering an intimate and personal experience. Unlike the Thermae Spa, which is more of a fun public bath for adults, The Bath House offers clients a calming and relaxing experience and is ideal for couples and small groups who want that extra special experience. How to get your discount You will need to arrange your treatments direct with the Royal Crescent Hotel. You can contact them by phone: 01225 823333 or by email: info@royalcrescent.co.uk As well as your BIG BEN key fob you will also need a Royal Crescent Voucher –when you check in to your accommodation just let us know and we will provide you with one. Once you arrive at the Royal Crescent all you need to do is hand the voucher to the member of staff that is looking after you and they will do the rest.
