Royal Crescent

The Royal Crescent is a residential road of 30 houses laid out in a crescent in the city of Bath, England. Designed by the architect John Wood the Younger and built between 1767 and 1774.

The Assembly Rooms

Bath's magnificent 18th century Assembly Rooms were opened in 1771. Known as the New or Upper Rooms, to distinguish them from the older Assembly Rooms in the lower part of the town, they were designed by John Wood the Younger.

The Circus

The Circus is an example of Georgian architecture, begun in 1754 and completed in 1768. The name comes from the Latin 'circus', which means a ring, oval or circle. It has been designated as a Grade I listed building.

Pulteney Bridge

The bridge was designed by Robert Adam, whose working drawings are preserved in the Sir John Soane's Museum and is one of only four bridges in the world with shops across the full span on both sides.
